A candidate for election has to make and subscribe an oath or affirmation bearing true faith and allegiance to the Constitution according to the form set out for the purpose in the Third Schedule of the Constitution . निर्वाचन के लिए उम्मीदवार व्यक़्ति को संविधान की तीसरी अनुसूची में इस प्रयोजन के लिए दिए गए प्रारूप के अनुसार संविधान केक प्रति सच्ची श्रद्धा आपैर निष्ठा की शपथ लेनी होती है या प्रतिज्ञान करना होता है .

Obituary references , Questions , leave to move Adjournment Motion , questions involving a breach of privilege , papers to be laid on the Table , communication of messages from the President , Calling Attention statements , statements and personal explanations , motions for elections to Committees , Bills to be introduced , matters under Rule 377 , etc .
